Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, HÜES would be happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase provided the item is in new condition, not worn, damaged and/or unaltered. This return policy is only for items purchased from www.byHÜES.com. When your returned item is received a store credit will be issued to www.byHÜES.com and will be valid for 1 year. Customized items or sale items are non-returnable.

To set up a return you must first contact us for an exchange authorization at hello@byhues.com.

When returning an item to us always include a tracking number and insurance. In case of a lost package will be the customers responsibility.

If you have a damaged item please feel free to contact us at hello@byhues.com and we will assist you in our repairs department.

For items that have our signature string: Even though the string is water resistant and durable for wear and tear we never recommend wearing it in water. Prolonged use in water can cause the string to fade, weaken or even break. If damage is due to water we will do the best to accommodate you in our repairs department however the item will be non-returnable.
